Help for logging in
User Guide for logging in to the GoldMine System.
To log in click on the Internet BankingLogin and Administration button at the top right side of the page..
To log in, please enter your user ID and your password given at the registration. Your user ID can be found in the confirmation e-mail attachment sent by the system after successful registration.
After entering the data please click on the Login button.
Did you forget your user ID or your password?
If you don't remember your user ID, you can find it in the confirmation e-mail attachment sent right after the registration.
If you forgot your password given at the registration or you don't have the attachment we sent you after successful registration, please click on the "Request new password" link underneath the Internet Banking menu next to the Login button.
On the appearing page you can change your password and know your user ID. Please, choose which data (user ID, depot account number or e-mail address and mobile telephone number) you can identify yourself. Then we will send one verification code to your e-mail address and one verification code to your mobile telephone number. You have to enter both codes for the successful verification. Then we will give you your user ID and give you the possibility to change your password.
